Can I get a refund?
Yes, refunds are available under these conditions:

1. Cancellable Orders

(a) Within 12 hours of ordering (if undispatched): Full refund with no fees
(b) After 12 hours of ordering (if undispatched): Refund minus 10% transaction fee
2. Unreceived Orders

(a) Correct address but extended non-delivery: Refund after verification with support
(b) Partial items missing in multi-item orders: Refund for missing items after verification
3. Post-Receipt Issues

(a) Damaged product: Submit photos → verification → refund
(b) Defective product: Submit photos → verification → refund
(c) Change of mind (unused/resalable condition): Submit photos → verification → return/refund
For all cases:

Contact support with relevant details (photos/order number)
Refunds processed within 24 hours of approval
